The building and you as a user are central to us. We like to make the most out of a building for a future user / resident from our own development, but also on behalf of clients.

Quality and attention to detail is very important to us, with continuous monitoring of the budget. The best quality at a realistic market price. Transparency in the design and construction process is therefore very important.

 

What can we offer

-Our own development and work on behalf of clients:

The entire process or in different stages, we can offer you work for a (re) construction project. Supervision of purchasing, design / drawing, project management and possibly preparation for sale.

Whether you are in need of help in (re)building your own home / business or you are interested in one of our ready to move into projects, certainly do not hesitate to contact us.

 

-Managing and maintenance

We also offer activities for management and maintenance of (leased) offices and houses.

Through an orientation meeting can be discussed, which is the best way we can be of service.

 

Your benefit

Whole or a part of your (re)building plans can be guided or developed by us. With our continuous and already obtained experience we can save you a lot of time and headaches. The aim is a building or house with which you are happy.

We are a small core as a point of contact and coordination. Where necessary, professionals are hired on a project basis.

We work a lot with the same (sub) contractors and professionals. Of course it is also possible to choose your own contractor.
